Create your first campaign
Build a prospect list, write a sequence, choose senders, preview on real prospects, and launch — the conceptual walkthrough.
A campaign in Neuraware is a prospect list plus a sequence of steps, sent by one or more of your connected accounts. This page walks through the concepts; the in-app assistant can guide you through the same flow conversationally and fill in the campaign as you answer.
1. Build your prospect list
There are several ways to bring prospects in:
- LinkedIn search — build the search with filters directly in Neuraware. It runs as a public search: no connected account involved, no cookie, and no quota consumed on your senders.
- CSV import — upload a file and map its columns (name, company, LinkedIn URL, and any custom fields). The mapping is detected automatically and you confirm it. Custom columns become variables you can use in messages.
- Post engagers — paste the URL of a LinkedIn post to import the people who liked or commented on it.
- Manual add — one prospect at a time, from a LinkedIn URL or a name and company.
Whichever source you use, deduplication is automatic: people already contacted in this workspace are excluded by default, and your workspace's suppression list (customers, partners, opt-outs) is always applied.
Optional: AI qualification
Before prospects enter the campaign, you can have them screened against acceptance criteria you write in plain language — for example, "founders or marketing leads at B2B companies, exclude freelancers." Each prospect gets an accept or reject decision with a stated reason, and borderline cases can be routed to a manual review queue. This keeps the campaign focused before a single message is written.
2. Write the sequence
A sequence is an ordered set of steps with delays and conditions between them. Available steps include profile visits, invitations (with or without a note), messages, and InMails for accounts whose LinkedIn subscription includes them. Conditions let the sequence branch — for example, continue one way if the invitation is accepted, another if not. A prospect who replies exits the sequence automatically.
For each message step you choose how it is written:
- Template — your text with variables like first name or company, each with a fallback so nothing breaks when a field is missing.
- AI-personalized variables — the AI writes a personalized element (like an opening line) per prospect, grounded in visible sources such as the prospect's profile or their company's website.
- Fully AI-written — the whole message is drafted per prospect from your campaign brief, and remains editable prospect by prospect.
You can also let the AI draft the entire sequence from your website or from a short conversation about your offer and audience, then edit anything.
3. Choose the senders
Select one or more connected accounts to send the campaign. With several senders, prospects are distributed across them and each conversation stays with the account that started it. Every sender keeps its own daily limits, sending windows, and ramp-up status — the campaign adapts to each account, never the other way around.
4. Preview and launch
Before launch, you preview every step rendered on real prospects from your list — exactly what will be sent, personalization included. Messages with unresolved variables block the launch rather than going out broken. You can edit AI-generated content per prospect at this stage.
Once launched, sending respects each account's daily limits, working hours, and human-like spacing between actions. Replies arrive in the unified inbox in real time, and you can edit a running sequence at any time — prospects still in flight simply continue on the updated version.
