AI personalization
The three writing levels — template, AI variables, fully AI-written — and the preview on real prospects that gates every launch.
For each message step of a sequence, you choose how it is written. The three levels are not a quality ladder — they are three different trade-offs between control, effort and personalization depth.
Level 1 — Template
Your text, with variables like first name or company. Every variable carries a fallback, so nothing breaks when a field is missing — “Hi {firstname}” never goes out as “Hi ”. Custom CSV columns are available as variables too. Templates are free of AI credits and give you full control of every word.
Level 2 — AI variables
Your text, with one or more elements written by the AI per prospect — typically the opening line. The AI grounds itself in visible sources: the prospect's profile, their company's website. The rest of the message stays yours, word for word. This is the level most campaigns use: one strong personalized line, then your offer in your voice.
Level 3 — Fully AI-written
The whole message is drafted per prospect from your campaign brief — who you are, what you offer, who this prospect is. Every draft remains editable prospect by prospect before launch. Use it when audiences are heterogeneous enough that no single template fits.
AI-written content consumes AI credits; the exact cost per level is shown where you choose it, before anything runs.
The preview that gates the launch
Whatever the level, the rule is the same: before launch, you preview every step rendered on real prospects from your list — exactly what will be sent, personalization included. You can edit AI-generated content prospect by prospect at this stage. Messages with unresolved variables block the launch rather than going out broken.
The AI can also draft the entire sequence from your website or a short conversation about your offer — you then edit anything, and the same preview gate applies.
