Sending limits
The default quotas, the hard caps that cannot be lifted, and how sends are spaced through the day — per account, always.
Every connected account has its own daily allowance. Limits are always per account — they never pool across a team, and a quiet account never lends capacity to a busy one.
The defaults
- 20 invitations per day per account. That is the starting point of every account, and a level designed to be sustainable for months.
- Messages and other actions have their own daily allowances, sized with the same caution.
You can adjust an account's pace downward at any time. Upward, you will meet the ceiling below.
The hard caps: 40 per day, 200 per week
No account ever exceeds 40 invitations per day or 200 invitations per week. This ceiling is enforced in the database layer — not in the interface — which means no setting, no import and no request to the agent can cross it. We chose these numbers deliberately below what the ecosystem generally considers tolerated: outreach is a marathon, and the account always matters more than one more send.
How sends are spaced
Volume is only half of the story; rhythm is the other half:
- Sends go out during business hours in the account's working window — at night the agent prepares and qualifies, it does not send.
- Actions are spaced irregularly, minutes apart, the way a person works through a list. Never in bursts, never at fixed intervals.
- After an interruption (a pause, an incident), pending sends are smoothed out, not drained in a rush.
What you see
The account health view shows, for each account, today's usage against its current allowance and its ramp-up stage — see Ramp-up and automatic pauses.
