Exclusions

The people, companies and domains Neuraware will never contact — four families, AI matching for names, enforced on every import and campaign.

The exclusion list is the workspace's memory of who must never be contacted: your customers, your competitors, partners, people who opted out. You state it once; it is enforced everywhere, forever, with no per-campaign configuration.

The four families

  • LinkedIn profiles — profile URLs, matched exactly and instantly. Paste URLs one per line or import a CSV/TXT file, up to 10,000 links at once.
  • Emails & domains — an address blocks a person; a domain (acme.com) blocks everyone using it.
  • Companies — company names, matched by AI fuzzy matching: “ACME”, “Acme Inc.” and “acme group” are recognized as the same company without you listing every spelling.
  • People — person names, also matched by AI, for the cases where you don't have a URL.

Where exclusions are enforced

Everywhere, automatically:

  • On every import, whatever the source — search, CSV, post engagers, manual add: an excluded profile is discarded before it enters a list.
  • On running campaigns — adding an exclusion stops matching prospects that are currently in a sequence: their remaining steps are cancelled.

Each entry shows how many prospects it has blocked, so you can verify the list is doing its work.

What exclusions are not

Exclusions are a protection, not a cleaning tool. To remove prospects from one list based on your own criteria (industry, activity, anything), use AI columns or ask the in-app assistant — exclusion is for people who must never be contacted by anyone in the workspace.
