Prospect lists and imports

Building lists from a CSV, a LinkedIn search or a post's engagement — column mapping, custom variables, and automatic deduplication.

A list is the unit everything else works with: imports land in a list, the agent qualifies a list, and campaigns link to lists. You can keep one list per audience, per offer, or per client — whatever mirrors how you sell.

Ways to bring prospects in

  • LinkedIn search — build a search with filters directly in Neuraware. It runs as a public search: no connected account involved, no cookie, no quota consumed. See LinkedIn search for how counting and sub-searches work.
  • CSV import — upload a file and map its columns: name, company, LinkedIn URL, and any custom fields. The mapping is detected automatically and you confirm it before anything is created.
  • Post engagers — paste the URL of a LinkedIn post to import the people who liked or commented on it. Engagement on a relevant post is one of the strongest buying signals available — and the ideal icebreaker material.
  • Manual add — one prospect at a time, from a LinkedIn URL or a name and company, for the one-off cases.

Custom columns become variables

Any extra column in your CSV (a product line, a region, a note) is kept with the prospect and becomes a variable you can use in messages. This is how a generic sequence stays personal at scale without AI even being involved.

What happens on every import

  1. Deduplication — prospects already present or already contacted in this workspace are skipped by default.
  2. Exclusions — the workspace exclusion list is enforced: excluded people, companies and domains never enter the list.
  3. Optional AI qualification — you can screen incoming prospects against acceptance criteria written in plain language; each one gets an accept or reject decision with a stated reason, and borderline cases can go to a review queue.

Keeping lists clean over time

Lists are living objects: you can edit prospects in place, add AI columns to slice them by your own criteria, and ask the in-app assistant to clean a list conversationally — it shows you who matches before anything is removed, and you confirm.
